Is it almost time for your first visit with us here at our Campbell office? Dr. Mockler and the rest of our team are looking forward to seeing you and beginning your journey towards a healthier and brighter smile. We’d like to kindly ask that you review the following information before your visit, so that you know a little bit about what to expect once you’re here – this also helps us to ensure a smooth and pleasant process for you! Your First Visit
Your first visit is meant to be both welcoming and informative, starting with your arrival into our spa-like reception area which sets a calming tone. Once you’re here, you’ll fill out any remaining patient paperwork before we guide you back and begin getting to know you and learning about your dental goals, which is Dr. Mockler’s favorite part of the visit!
We’ll also need to take X-rays and complete a 3D scan using our iTero; we can then run this digital imagery through special software that utilizes AI technology, all to ensure that we don’t overlook any potential issues – such as hidden cavities that are just starting to develop. This “second set of eyes” also assists with charting your smile’s progress from visit to visit.
From there, Dr. Mockler will conduct a thorough examination which includes an oral cancer screening and gum health assessment. She will also perform a detailed cleaning of your smile herself. Depending on your treatment needs, you may have to schedule a follow-up visit to review your findings and discuss your personalized treatment plan.
Patient Forms
For your convenience, you will be sent all the new patient forms that you’ll need to complete before your first appointment. Please complete them prior to your visit. Though it might be tough to find a spare moment during your busy day to do this, it greatly helps us out; we’ll be able to quickly get you entered into our system before your appointment and brought up to speed on your dental records. From there, we can ensure your appointment moves as smoothly as possible!
Dental Insurance

We can even make the whole process easier by submitting your insurance claims directly for you and answering any questions you have about your benefits.
